"I first reached out by phone. Instantly the person who answered was able to help me! They were easy to talk to, in a good mood and listened to me explain what I was looking for, although I'm sure on their side, it was a painful conversation. None the less, I was instantly put at ease, informed and invited to come to their shop. They close at 6:00pm. My wife and son and I made it there at 5:30. Learned about the dirt bike and took care of the purchase part of things, set a pick up time for today in the afternoon. They will be giving us a first time owners tutorial of sorts, explaining matintenace and tips. This experience made my 12 year olds birthday during covid19 a memorable one in a good way._Thank you Quad "
